Annual 360 Staff Culture, Health and Performance Evaluation System

This 360 staff review system reflects the staff culture and health principles raised in my article. 

5 FORMS MAKE UP THE CULTURE, HEALTH, AND PERFORMANCE EVALUATION SYSTEM

1-PTSE (Pastoral Team Self Evaluation) is given to each staff pastor for some reflective thinking and self-evaluation. 

2-PTME (Pastoral Team Ministry Evaluation) is given to each of the other (peer) pastors on staff, to the key person or two who report directly to that pastor, and to a few of the volunteers who have worked most closely with that pastor. 

3-PTME-S (Pastoral Team Ministry Evaluation Summary) This form is for the Executive Pastor to summarize the returned input from everyone else, to add his input, and share with the staff pastor at their review meeting. The PTSE & PTME-S should be kept in A permanent HR file. 

Forms 4-STSE and 5-STE are for staff who don't have a direct "pastoral" role. Typically those positions include ministry assistants, IT, finance, tech production, or facilities staff, but will vary from church to church. It is not a 360 system, but the questions are a combination of traditional quantity/quality evaluations integrated with staff culture questions. 

4-STSE (Support Team Self Evaluation) is given to each support staff member for some self-evaluation. 

5-STE (Support Team Evaluation). This form the supervisor uses in their evaluation meeting. The STSE & STE forms should be kept in a permanent HR file.
